Christiana, DE :Box truck overturns, catches fire on Thursday, July 9th 2015

Delaware State Police are investigating a two-vehicle crash in which a truck overturned and caught fire Thursday afternoon in Christiana. According to police, at approximately 3:36 p.m., a box truck overturned at the intersection of Christiana Road and State Route 1. There was no information available from authorities about any injuries, but only one lane was open by 4:15 p.m. Thursday afternoon. The area should be avoided and alternate means of travel should be used, police advised.
