Cajon Pass,CA : Vehicle vs. tractor-trailer crash jamming northbound traffic in Cajon Pass on August, Tuesday 1st 2017

A crash involving a car and a tractor-trailer is blocking lanes on northbound Interstate 15 in the Cajon Pass Tuesday afternoon.

Reported at 1:44 p.m., according to California Highway Patrol logs, the car became stuck underneath the tractor-trailer south of Oak Hill Road.

Authorities had to block all northbound lanes momentarily, but were able to reopen three lanes and the No. 4 and No. 5 lanes remained closed, as of 2:42 p.m.

Caltrans maps show northbound traffic backing up from the crash just north of the I-15 and I-215 interchange.
