Richmond, VA : Two people are dead after a driver fled a police traffic stop in Henrico County on February, Wednesday 7th 2018

Two people are dead after a driver fled a police traffic stop in Henrico County on Thursday evening and struck two other vehicles.

Police identified the deceased as Debra Renee Eckhart, 25, and Rena Chhay, 27, both of Henrico.
