A woman was injured last week on Route 100 in eastern Berks County when the car she was a passenger in went through a guardrail and hit a utility pole and its guy wires, police said.
Alexyss L. Kennedy, 28, of Birdsboro, Berks County, was in a car driven by Jesse B. Rohe, 23, of Stowe, Montgomery County, when it crashed 6:05 a.m. Thursday south of Bally, state police at Reading said Monday.
Kennedy suffered a possibly serious injury in the accident, police said. Information on her condition was not available Tuesday.
Rohe was driving the car south on Route 100, in Washington Township between Bally and Limekiln Road, when he went off the right side of the road and hit the pole, police said.
He was cited for driving with a suspended license, police said.
