Cincinnati, OH : 4-year-old injured after hit by car in Roll Hill on Tuesday afternoon, September 20, 2016

A 4-year old boy is in the hospital after being hit by a car Tuesday afternoon.

The accident happened around 4:45 p.m. on Sunnyhill Drive in Roll Hill.

Police said the boy and his 6-year-old brother were riding bikes when they rolled through the intersection and a woman driving an SUV hit the 4-year-old.

He was taken to the hospital with head and chest injuries.

The woman driving the car is being charged with not having a license.

Police said they are considering filing charges against the boys' mother.
