FLINT TWP. MI : Burton man dies from injuries suffered in Flint Twp crash on Thursday, 9th May 2024

A Burton man died after suffering life-threatening injuries in a crash on Thursday, May 2.

The crash occurred on Corunna Road at the entrance ramp to southbound I-75, according to Flint Township Police.

Police said the investigation revealed Jerry Lee Stanfill was driving westbound on Corunna Road when a vehicle, driven by a 48-year-old Flint resident, turned in front of him.

First responders performed life-saving measures on Stanfill, and he was taken to an area hospital where he was listed in critical condition, police said.
