Manatee County, FL : Three people injured in hit-and-run crash at State Road 70 (53rd Avenue West) on Saturday, Nov 28, 2015

Authorities are looking for the driver of a car that fled the scene after a crash with injuries Saturday on U.S. 41.

According to a report from the Florida Highway Patrol:

A vehicle collided with the right rear of a 2010 Toyota Venza after running a red light at State Road 70 (53rd Avenue West) at 6:24 p.m.

Three people in the Venza sustained minor injuries. The vehicle, described as a white sedan -- possibly an Alero -- fled southbound on U.S. 41. A witness was unable to get a tag number, but the car sustained extensive damage to the right fron end.
