TAMA COUNTY, IA : Man airlifted following two-vehicle crash in Tama County on Thursday, 18th January 2024

At approximately 11:41 am, emergency crews responded to the Highway 30 and Highway V18 intersection for a report of a two-vehicle crash.

Investigators say a “Side-by-Side UTV” was attempting to cross Highway 30 northbound when it was struck by a westbound SUV.

The driver of the UTV was seriously injured in the crash and was flown to the University of Iowa Hospitals. The driver of the SUV was not injured.
