FRANKLIN COUNTY, PA : Police identify tractor trailer driver killed in I-81 crash in Franklin County on Monday, 23rd October 2023

Pennsylvania State Police have released the identity of the tractor trailer operator who died on Monday.

According to a news release, James C. Haywood of Chatsworth, Georgia was pronounced dead on the scene of the crash. He was 58 years old.
