Clinton, TN : 65-year-old Ronald person injured later died and 2 - years old kid injured after crash at the intersection of Brooks Gap Road on Wednesday , March 11th 2015

The wreck happened Wednesday morning at the intersection of Brooks Gap Road and Buffalo Road.

A THP report showed 65-year-old Ronald Henderson was driving north on Brooks Gap when he ran a stop sign and hit a utility pole.

He died from his injuries on Sunday.

The report showed Henderson wasn't wearing a seat belt and troopers think it would have made a difference.

Henderson's two-year-old passenger was hurt, but survived.
