Memphis, TN : Young child injured in ATV crash on Tuesday night, July 5, 2016
A child was injured in an ATV crash late Tuesday night.
The child was taken to Le Bonheur Children's Hospital by private car.
Police have not said where the accident happened.
The accident comes just days after 19-year-old Robert Reynolds and 14-year-old Michael Ellis were killed in separate ATV crashes on July 3 and July 4 respectively.
There is no minimum age to ride an ATV. Tennessee law only requires that riders under the age of 18 wear a helmet.
ATVs are not allowed on public roads unless the driver is crossing from one side to the other.
