Moscow, ID : A head-on collision on U.S. Highway 195 on Monday, December, 11th 2017

Three people were transported to area hospitals Monday evening after a head-on collision on U.S. Highway 195 approximately 7 miles south of Pullman.

According to the Washington State Patrol, Markous Kelp, 26, of Pullman, was traveling northbound when he attempted an unsafe pass in foggy conditions and collided head-on with a second vehicle.
