TOLEDO, OH : Bicyclist injured in hit-and-run crash in downtown Toledo on Saturday, 21st October 2023

A bicyclist is recovering from their injuries after a late-night hit-skip crash Saturday in downtown Toledo.

The crash happened shortly before 11 p.m. Saturday, according to a press release from the Toledo Police Department.

The victim, who police described as a 77-year-old bicyclist, was traveling southbound on Summit Street near 300 Madison Ave. in the curb lane when they were hit from behind by a vehicle heading in the same direction.
