Forrest City, AR : Missing Arkansas man found dead on Monday January 4 2016.

A man missing in St. Francis County near Wynne, Arkansas, has been found dead.
Officials confirmed Derek Kemp's body was found by divers at 4:21 p.m. Monday.
The body is being sent to a crime lab in Little Rock as a part of standard practices.
Officials said this could be the first flood-related death in Arkansas.
