Perrysburg,OH : Ottawa man dies in Perrysburg crash on August, Tuesday 15th 2017

An Ottawa man died early Tuesday after a traffic accident near Perrysburg.

Bill Krouse, 48, of Ottawa, was westbound on the Ohio Turnpike near Perrysburg in Wood County when he had a seizure and struck the median wall, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

Troopers said they arrived on scene and found Krouse unconscious with no signs of life. He was taken to St. Vincent Hospital by Lake Township EMS where he died.

The seven passengers in the vehicle were not injured in the accident. Highway Patrol officials reported all occupants wore seat belts and drugs and alcohol were not believed to be factors in the accident.
