Two people were killed in a two-vehicle collision in eastern Missouri.

St. Louis County police say the accident occurred early Saturday in Wildwood.
Police identified the two people killed as 72-year-old Gary Osborne Sr., of Ellisville, and 35-year-old Paula Turpiano of New Haven. Police said Turpiano was traveling eastbound in the westbound lanes on Highway 100 when her vehicle struck an SUV driven by Osborne Sr.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports four other people sustained injuries ranging from minor to serious.
