Lebanon, OH : A woman is dead after crashing her car at Wilmington Road near Liberty-Keuter Road On Monday, May 16th, 2016

A woman is dead after crashing her car on Wilmington Road on Monday night.

It happened at 7:43 p.m., near Liberty-Keuter Road.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol says 55-year-old Sharon G. Beckett from Lebanon was driving west on Wilmington.

Investigators say she drove off the left side of the road, striking a utility pole with her 2003 Ford Taurus.

Beckett was pronounced dead at the scene.

OSP investigators say Beckett was not wearing a seatbelt.

They say alcohol and speed appear to be factors in the crash.

The OSP continues to investigate the accident.
