Albuquerque, N.M : Man killed in pedestrian collision with hit-and-run driver on Central Avenue in Albuquerque on Friday, January 8, 2016

A man crossing Central near Eubank NE overnight died after he has apparently hit by two cars.

Albuquerque Police Department spokesman Daren DeAguero reported in an email that the man was crossing Central in a non-designated crossing area when he was struck by a vehicle. I was subsequently struck by a second vehicle, which fled the scene.

The man died at the scene.

Witnesses say the vehicle that left the scene may have been a white truck.
