Laramie, WY : 25-year-old Upton woman killed in a head-on crash north of Laramie on Sunday December 6 2015

Authorities say a 25-year-old Upton woman was killed in a head-on crash north of Laramie.
Sgt. David Wagener with the Wyoming Highway Patrol says Stephanie Strong was heading south on U.S. Highway 30 early Sunday morning when the driver of a pickup going the opposite direction crossed the centerline and slammed into her car.
Strong died at the scene, and the 18-year-old driver of the pickup was hospitalized.
Investigators believe speed played a role in the crash, which marks the 139th highway fatality in the state so far this year.
