Easton, PA : Driver slides off wet road and into West Easton house early Wednesday morning, January 18, 2017

An Easton man lost control of a car early Wednesday morning and crashed into a home in West Easton, Pennsylvania State Police report.

Charles Pursell Jr., no age or street address given, was driving a 2004 Subaru WRX too fast for the wet conditions at 12:02 a.m. and went off the right side of the road at Iron and Second streets, police said.

He was taken to Easton Hospital for treatment of minor injuries, police said.

He will face summary charges in District Judge Daniel Corpora's South Side Easton court, state police said.
