Bremerton, WA : Head on crash on Sylvan Way SW sends two people to hospital on Sunday night October 19th 2014
Shortly after 8:00 p.m. Seattle firefighters responded to Sylvan Way SW and SW Morgan Street to deal with a head-on collision. According to Seattle Fire the a red SUV was on fire and the driver was unconscious. A witness reportedly pulled the driver from the SUV before fire crews arrived. The driver was on the side of the road and regained consciousness when crews arrived. SFD then dealt with the car fire, extinguishing it.
The patient was alert and conscious when medics transported him to Harborview Medical Center.
A male driver of second vehicle got out on his own. He was also taken to Harborview for examination.
Seattle Police Department is investigating the cause of the accident.
