GREEN, OH : 3 hurt when car crashes into exam room at Summa Health Medical Center in Green on Friday, 21st June 2019

The situation began with 911 calls around 2:45 p.m. Thursday reporting an Acura swerving in the southbound lanes of I-77 near Arlington Road.

When authorities responded, Summit County deputies found the vehicle had driven off the interstate, down an embankment, through a fence and into the side of the Summa Health Medical Center building in Green.In details released Friday morning about the crash, authorities say the vehicle struck the hospital and slammed into an exam room that was occupied by a female patient and her husband. Both were treated for injuries.
