CRAWFORD COUNTY, KS : 26-year-old Kansas woman dies after rollover crash on Sunday, 3rd March 2024

A crash in southeast Kansas has claimed the life of a 26-year-old Parsons woman early Sunday morning.

The Kansas Highway Patrol says just after 26-year-old Ashley Rendon was traveling westbound on K-126 just after 3 a.m. when for unknown reasons, the vehicle drove off the roadway into the south ditch and struck a culvert. The PT Cruiser overturned onto its top and caught on fire.

Rendon was pronounced dead at the scene.
