FLOYD COUNTY, KY : 12-year-old dies in dirt bike accident in the Dry Branch area of Little Mud Creek on Saturday, 15th June 2019

A 12-year-old boy was killed after his dirt bike collided with a motor vehicle in Floyd County over the weekend.

Kentucky State Police say the crash happened around 8:30 p.m. Saturday in the Dry Branch area of Little Mud Creek.Troopers say the 12-year-old was riding the dirt bike on the highway when the accident happened.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.
