University city,MD: One died and one injured,car hit by wrong way driver near Interstate 170 on Saturday Jan 10th 2015

A 26-year-old Maryland Heights man died early Saturday after his car was hit head-on by a wrong-way driver on Interstate 170.
Police said the accident happened about 2:40 a.m. on southbound Interstate 170. When officers arrived on the scene, one of the vehicles was on fire.
Police identified the victim as Collin Loveless.
University City police Lt. Carl Coleman gave this account of what happened:
A vehicle driven by a 52-year-old St. Louis man was traveling the wrong direction on Interstate 170. The man entered the highway on the Delmar Boulevard southbound exit ramp and crossed over three lanes of traffic. His vehicle struck the one driven by Loveless, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
The wrong-way driver was taken to a hospital but his condition was not available Saturday. Witnesses told police he did not have his lights on.
