STAFFORD COUNTY, VA : Driver dies after medical emergency, crash on I-95 in Stafford County on Wednesday, 11th October 2023

The driver of a tractor trailer is dead following an early morning crash that led to several miles of delays in Stafford County Wednesday morning. The crash shut down northbound lanes of Interstate 95 for several hours.

The crash happened on northbound Interstate 95 before Quantico (Exit 148) around 5 a.m. Emergency crews responded to the scene to conduct and investigation and clear the road.
