MEMPHIS, TN : Lanes closed on I-40 west of Whitten as Memphis Police search for suspect of deadly hit-and-run crash on Sunday, 14th April 2024

Memphis Police said all four eastbound lanes on I-40 west of Whitten Road are closed Sunday as they search for the suspect of a deadly hit-and-run crash.

Officers said they responded toward 5 a.m. to find one man that was dead on the scene. The driver did not remain on the scene, according to MPD.
