GRUNDY COUNTY, IA : 2 hurt after SUV crashes into roadside tree north of Dike on Thursday, 7th February 2019

The Iowa State Patrol says two people were hurt when a Chevy Tahoe lost control along T55 in Grundy County and crashed into a roadside tree.

A release on the accident says it happened north of 130th Street, north of Dike around 10:48 a.m. on Thursday. The two people hurt in the crash are both from Cedar Falls — they were taken to a nearby hospital by ambulance. There’s no information on their conditions at this time.

The Dike Ambulance and Dike Fire crews assisted the Iowa State Patrol at the scene.
