Police say a 30-year-old Kenner woman was struck and killed by an SUV. Sgt. Brian McGregor says Rachelle Guillory ran in front of an SVU eastbound in the 2500 block of Reverend Richard Wilson Drive around 8:20 p.m. Tuesday. McGregor says Guillory hit the front driver's side of the vehicle and was thrown into the adjacent lane. She was taken to LSU Interim Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
