Man killed in Interstate near Riverside Alabama

A Riverside man died Saturday after his car collided with a truck on Interstate 20 in St. Clair County, Alabama State Troopers report.James George Jr., 54, died after the 3:58 p.m. crash on I-20 in Riverside, according to a trooper report. He was driving a 2004 Mitsubishi Galant.

The driver of the 2007 Peterbilt truck, Robert Zimmerman, 50, of Boone, Colo., was not injured in the crash, troopers report.No other details were provided by troopers.

The crash remains under investigation.
