"Michelle was the heartbeat of our gym," says Steven Wiberg, Owner of Fitness Rising.

"I was Michelle's trainer 2 years prior to that. She jumped on board with this whole philosophy the second I told her about it and she's embraced it ever since. It's a huge hit to us."
Wiberg tells us Michelle is very well–known around the gym, adding she was an inspiration to other, someone who never gave up.
"It didn't matter if it wasn't her favorite work out she still trusted the process. She was still apart of everything we were doing. She followed me into battle every time."
