A serious crash involving an oil truck and a car is causing delays on Interstate 293 north Wednesday morning, authorities say.
The crash happened near the Manchester-Bedford town line at 8:45 a.m.
Authorities say at least one person is trapped. The severity of his or her injuries was not immediately clear.
