Greeley, CO : A 72-year-old Centennial man died on Saturday, June 24, 2017

A 72-year-old Centennial man died Saturday afternoon and two others were injured after a motorcycle crash near Colo. 60 and Weld County Road 46, southeast of Milliken.

Colorado State Patrol Trooper Gabe Eaton said the call came in at 12:41 p.m. Saturday about a crash involving three motorcycles. As of Saturday evening, Easton said he still did not have details of the crash, but he did confirm that one man died.

As of 6:30 p.m., the stretch of Colo. 60 between Weld 44 and 46 remained closed.

Saturday was the 16th annual Catholic School Girl poker run, which had participants throughout northern Colorado riding their motorcycles to venues in Fort Collins and Longmont.

This marks the 21st person to die on Weld County Roads this year, compared to 22 at the same time last year.
