HOUSTON, TX : Deadly crash shuts down I-45 headed north at SH 249 on Sunday, 11th August 2024

I-45 headed north at SH 249 has reopened after a deadly crash Sunday morning.

Houston police said there were four vehicles involved in the crash. One person was reported dead. It's unclear whether anyone else was injured.

Houston TranStar verified the crash at 8:50 a.m. It was reported cleared at 11:34 a.m.
