Man in crash Saturday on I-81 died of natural causes, coroner says

A 68-year-old man from Winnsboro, South Carolina, died of natural causes and not from injuries he suffered in a crash on I-81 in Silver Spring Twp., Cumberland County, Saturday, according to the Dauphin County coroner.
