A 60-year-old Orlando woman died Sunday evening after she crashed her car in Orange County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Debra Matheus was driving her 2002 Pontiac two-door vehicle at 8 p.m. northbound on State Road 417 — on the off ramp to Colonial Dr. — when she lost control of her car, struck a pole and overturned into a water-filled ditch, said FHP spokeswoman Lt. Kim Montes.
The crash remains under investigation.
