TOLEDO, OH : A car crashed into a pole overnight in south Toledo on Friday, 29th January 2021

A car crashed into a pole overnight in south Toledo, resulting in wires down on the roadway for a time.

The crash happened on Broadway and Crittenden shortly after 1 a.m. Friday.

According to police, the driver of the car lost control and drove straight into a utility pole, leaving a wire in the roadway.

The driver didn't sustain injuries. An Edison crew was immediately on the scene to repair the wire.
