Tuscaloosa, AL : 1-year-old child killed in Fayette County crash on February, Monday 12th 2018

A 1-year-old girl was killed when her mother’s car overturned in Fayette County Monday afternoon.

Jazlyn K. Cooper was rushed to Fayette Medical Center, but did not survive her injuries from the crash. Ashley Cooper was driving a 2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser that overturned on Alabama Highway 171, about five miles north of Fayette near Jackson Robinson Road at 1:15 p.m., according to state troopers.

No further information was available Monday night.
