Everett, WA : 7-year-old girl killed after struck by a car in Snohomish County on Saturday evening, May 7, 2016

A 7-year-old girl was killed after she was struck by a car in Everett on Saturday evening.

A witness called 911 shortly before 6 p.m. after the accident in the 10 block of 111th Street Southeast, according to the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office. Bystanders performed CPR on the girl before medics arrived.

The driver stayed at the scene and is cooperating with detectives, the sheriff’s office said. Investigators haven’t determined the accident’s cause.
