Temple, TX : Temple man killed in Belton crash identified on Monday, September 4, 2017

A man was killed Monday evening in Belton following a single-vehicle rollover crash, according to Paul Romer, spokesman for the city of Belton.

Pronounced dead at the accident scene was Jesse Levi Hurt, 41, of Temple.

The Belton Police Department Crash Team is investigating the incident, which occurred at about 6:45 p.m. at the merger point for Interstate 14 and Interstate 35. The wreck caused a temporary closure of the interstate. A blue pickup was the only vehicle involved in the wreck.
