Marietta, MS : 33-year-old man died in a single-vehicle crash on Highway 366 on Saturday August 9th 2014

The Mississippi Highway Patrol is investigating a single-vehicle crash on Mississippi Highway 366 that claimed the life of a 33-year-old Marietta man. The Northeast Mississippi Daily Journal troopers responded to the scene at approximately 5 p.m. Saturday, a few miles west of Marietta in Prentiss County. Troopers say Joel Williams was traveling eastbound when he apparently lost control of his SUV. His vehicle left the road, collided into a tree and overturned.
