A Franklin County man was badly injured in an ATV crash -- and he is facing a slew of charges. A Franklin County Deputy sheriff gave chase to an ATV on Water Tower Road and Reservoir Road in Enosburgh early Friday morning. 20-year-old Paul Dibler lost control and crashed. He was hospitalized with severe injuries. Investigators determined the ATV was stolen, so Dibler was charged with burglary, attempting to elude, grossly negligent operation and possession of brass knuckles. Source : ATV chase ends in crash
