Boston, MA : Driver topped 100 mph in fatal crash on Monday, March 20th 2017
A Roslindale man charged in the drunken driving death of a 39-year-old Rhode Island resident was going more than 100 mph after a night of St. Patrick’s Day drinking in Boston when he slammed into a taxi, killing the passenger inside, state police said.
Michael Spinale, 41, of Roslindale pleaded not guilty to motor vehicle homicide, assault with a dangerous weapon and other charges yesterday in Attleboro District Court.
