LINCOLN COUNTY, OK : Fatal collision on US-62 claims lives of two Oklahoma drivers on Saturday, 16th November 2024

Oklahoma Highway Patrol responded to a multiple-fatality collision Saturday evening on US-62 near Prague, Oklahoma.

According to OHP, Norman Pyatt, age 48, was driving eastbound on US-62 when the car departed the roadway for an unknown reason.

Lacey Collins, age 38, was traveling westbound on US-62 when Pyatt's vehicle crossed the center line and struck Collins' vehicle.

Pyatt was pronounced deceased at the scene by emergency responders
Collins was transported to a nearby hospital where she was later pronounced deceased from injuries sustained in the crash.
