Galveston, TX : Police identify man killed in Dickinson crash on Sunday, 2nd October 2016

Dickinson police identified the man killed in a single vehicle crash Sunday as Benjamin Ray Davis, 26, of Alvin.
Police originally reported Davis to be 27.
Dickinson police got a call about 8:30 a.m. Sunday reporting a vehicle underwater near Hughes Road and Forest Cove Drive.
A 2011 Volkswagen Golf was found off the road in the 1100 block of Hughes Road and overturned in a small creek. The car was upside down in about a foot of water, police said. Davis was found dead inside the vehicle.
The medical examiner's office is investigating the cause of death.
