SEEKONK, MA : New Bedford man killed in rollover crash near mile marker 2.2 on Wednesday, 29th January, 2020

A 38-year-old New Bedford man was killed in a roll-over crash Wednesday afternoon.

Matthew Beaudoin was driving west on Route 195 when he veered off the roadway and his Nissan Sentra rolled over. He was taken to Rhode Island Hospital by ambulance where he later died, Massachusetts State Police said.

The single-car crash occurred shortly before 3 p.m. near mile marker 2.2, police said.

The crash is being investigated by the Troop D of the state police with assistance from the department’s Collision Analysis Reconstruction Section, Crime Scene Services Section, and the Bristol County State Police Detective Unit. The Seekonk Fire Department also assisted at the scene, police said.
