CRAWFORD COUNTY, AR : Crash on I-40 in Crawford County involving concrete mixer truck impacts traffic on Tuesday, 20th June 2023

A cement mixer overturned as it tried to enter traffic on I-40 in Crawford County this morning. The Arkansas Department of Transportation reported the crash just before 8 a.m.

The accident happened at the I-540/I-40 interchange near Van Buren. This impacted westbound traffic on the ramp.

Southwest EMS says one person was transported from the scene. No word yet on the extent of their injuries.
