South Yarmouth, MA : Driver flown to Boston after two-vehicle crash Friday afternoon on August 29, 2014

A man was taken to Massachusetts General Hospital by helicopter following a two-car crash Friday afternoon, according to the fire department. Paramedics and police officers responded to the intersection of Crosby nd Old Main streets just after 4 p.m. and found a man outside his Jeep Wrangler with a significant head injury, a statement from the fire department said. He was taken in stable condition to Barnstable Municipal Airport, where he was met by a MedFlight that took him to Boston, the release said. The occupants of the other car were taken to Cape Cod Hospital with injuries not considered life-threatening.
