HARTFORD, CT : Bicyclist dies from hit-and-run in Hartford suspect arrested on Thursday, 2nd May 2024

A bicyclist died in a hit-and-run in Hartford on Thursday evening, according to police.

Police said they arrested 56-year-old Cleveland Telfer and charged him with evading responsibility.
