Caldwell, ID : Cement-truck crash injures driver, blocks I-84 ramp in Caldwell on Wednesday, May 4, 2016

The westbound off-ramp at Centennial Way was blocked for four hours after the 8:49am crash Wednesday, Idaho State Police report.

Jeremy T. Loftis, 43, of Layton, Utah, was headed west on Interstate 84 in a concrete truck when he made an unsafe lane change and the truck rolled onto its side.

Loftis, who was wearing a seatbelt, was taken by ambulance to West Valley Medical Center in Caldwell.
